Welcome to the HotCRP instance for QPL2026, taking place in Amsterdam August 17-21. If you are used to Easychair, you will find that HotCRP works somewhat differently, but does pretty much the same things, so have a look around and if you can't figure out how something works, please ask one of the PC Chairs.

Important dates:

• Abstract submission deadline: Friday February 27th 2026
• Paper submission deadline: Friday March 6th 2026
• Notification: April 17th 2026
• Conference: August 17th – August 21st 2026

All times are Anywhere On Earth. For the abstract submission deadline, the abstract and title have to give enough information for the PC to determine whether they are suitable to review the submission, but otherwise don't have to be final. The paper submission deadline is the final deadline for all types of submission (talk proposal, proceedings submission or poster). If you don't mark your submission as "ready for review" you will see some scary red text, but you can ignore this for the abstract submission.
